How do I book a tour with a local guide?
You can browse available guides in your destination city, view their profiles and tour offerings, and book directly through our platform. Payment is secure and you'll receive confirmation immediately.
Can I download tours for offline use?
Yes! All of our self-guided tours can be downloaded for offline use. Once downloaded, you won't need an internet connection to follow the route or access the audio commentary.
How do I become a tour guide on TourConnect?
Visit our 'Become a Guide' page to sign up. You'll need to create a profile, verify your identity, and submit information about your expertise and the tours you'd like to offer.
What is your cancellation policy?
For live tours, cancellation policies vary by guide and are clearly stated on each tour page. Self-guided tours can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if not downloaded.
How do I create my own self-guided tour?
After signing up, you can use our tour builder tool to create routes on a map, add points of interest, upload photos, and record audio commentary. You can then publish your tour on our marketplace.
